DOVBUSH is a natural Carpathian cognac created according to classical technology and aged in vats made of ancient Carpathian oak, which gives a unique Carpathian aroma and impeccable taste.
The first year of aging takes place in unique rooms at an altitude of 1,000 m above sea level, where the air is more rarefied, and there are no extraneous smells, so cognac absorbs only the original woody oak aroma. After a year, the vats are lowered into unique cellars, which are located in the lowlands, where cognac is further aged. Due to pressure differences at altitude and lowland, the pores of the wood of the tubs begin to absorb oxygen in more significant quantities. It contributes to the fact that cognac is saturated with the unique aroma of the Carpathian valleys.
